Sugar Cookie Protein Smoothie Recipe
- 1 c. nut milk (we prefer almond or coconut)
- 1 scoop Life's Abundance Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons gluten free rolled oats (if not gluten free, you can substitute regular rolled oats.)
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c. ice cubes
- coconut whipped cream and sprinkles on top (I prefer to call them jimmies.)
Toss all the ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
Note: On the rolled oats, you can either use the old fashioned rolled oats or the quick cooking oats. We keep both on hand.
