Ingredients

  • 300 g (10.5 oz) lean sirloin steak, cut into 2.5 cm (1-inch) cubes
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1/2 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the marinade: In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
