Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (washed)
- 1 banana (preferably ripe for sweetness)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added fiber and omega-3)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- ½ cup ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:

Wash the spinach and blueberries if using fresh. Peel the banana. - Add to blender:
In a blender, combine the almond milk, spinach, banana, blueberries, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener if using. - Blend:
Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes and blend again if you want it chilled. - Taste and adjust:
Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if needed. Blend again briefly if you add anything. - Serve:
Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately. Optionally, garnish with a few blueberries or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.
