Ingredients

Instructions

Juicer method:

  1. Juice the carrots, oranges, and optional ginger and lemon.
  2. Stir and serve immediately.

Blender method:

  1. Chop carrots and oranges. Add to blender with water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
  4. Serve chilled.
