Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
- 2 large frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (or mango, pineapple, etc.)
- 2–3 tablespoons plant-based milk (almond, coconut, or oat)
Optional additions:
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or cocoa powder for variety
- A few fresh mint leaves for freshness

Instructions:
- Add ingredients to blender:
Place frozen banana slices, frozen fruit, and milk in a high-speed blender or food processor. - Blend until creamy:
