2. Protects against oxidative stress

Green apples are rich in quercetin, a polyphenol with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity that supports vascular and immune function.

3. Promotes hydration and detoxification

When combined with cucumber and lemon, this juice becomes alkalizing and mildly diuretic, supporting liver and kidney detox pathways.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use cold apples for a naturally chilled juice.
  • Keep the peel on (if organic) for added fiber and antioxidants.
  • Balance tartness with lemon, cucumber, or a splash of coconut water if needed.
  • Avoid adding sweeteners—green apples are naturally tangy and low in glycemic impact.
  • Drink immediately for best flavor and nutrient integrity.
