Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove seeds and rind, then cube the melon.
  2. Add melon to a blender. No water is needed due to high water content.
  3. Blend until smooth (20–30 seconds).
  4. Strain (optional) for a clearer juice.
  5. Serve chilled or over ice. Add lime or mint if using.
